Wasn't expecting much from a paleo cocktail sauce but this actually has a real horseradish kick and a clean tomato base. Used it on crab cakes and the whole family went through half the jar in one sitting. Nice that it's Whole30 approved too, so I don't have to feel guilty about it.
The texture is spot-on—thick enough to cling to a crab cake without sliding off, but still spoonable. I’m on a paleo kick and this fits right in with the organic ingredients, plus it’s Whole30 approved which is a huge win for me.
