The PGI certification was the main reason I picked this bottle, and the flavor doesn’t disappoint—thick, tangy, and just sweet enough for a quick glaze on roasted veggies. It’s become my go-to for meal prep since it fits my Whole30 plan without any fuss.

Drizzled this over a simple arugula salad last night and it was rich, syrupy, and tangy in exactly the right balance. Whole30 approved means I can use it guilt-free on everything now.

The consistency is spot on—thick enough to glaze a salad without turning it watery, and that PGI certification gives me confidence it’s the real Italian deal. I’ve been drizzling it over roasted veggies all week and the tangy sweetness hits perfectly.
