I like that one capsule covers 52 nutrients instead of me juggling five different bottles every morning. The antioxidants and minerals are a nice bonus I actually notice on busy weeks when my diet slips.
Three weeks in and the sheer variety of 52 nutrients in one scoop is a lifesaver for someone who hates swallowing a handful of pills. I just mix it into my morning smoothie and don't even notice the taste, which honestly surprised me. Definitely feel a bit more steady energy through the day.
I've been taking these for three weeks now and the fact that all 52 nutrients are packed into one daily dose makes my morning routine so much simpler than juggling five different bottles. The capsules go down easy and I actually feel like my energy levels have steadied out by mid-afternoon.
