Swapped my usual high-fructose stuff for this and the honey sweetness is way more subtle than I expected—it lets the tomato flavor actually come through. No corn syrup and it still tastes like real ketchup, which I didn't think was possible.
The honey sweetness is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the tomato, which is exactly what I wanted since I'm avoiding high fructose corn syrup. Poured it over my turkey burger and it had that bold, clean tang without any weird aftertaste.
My kids finished the whole bottle in under a week, which never happens with regular ketchup—the organic honey gives it a rounder sweetness that actually makes the tomato taste brighter rather than just sugary. Pouring it out, the texture is nice and thick too, so it doesn't soak into fries like wate
