Buffalo Ranch Dressing & Marinade

The heat level is just right for my buffalo cravings, and it actually holds up as a marinade without turning my chicken tough. I’ve been using it on salads and wings all week, and the fact that it’s got no dairy or sugar makes me feel a little less guilty about dousing everything in it.

The avocado oil base makes this surprisingly smooth, and the buffalo kick is just hot enough without drowning out the ranch tang. I’ve been using it as a dip for chicken wings and a quick marinade, and it’s become a fridge staple.
