Ava ★★★★★

Threw this on chicken thighs before grilling and the pineapple juice caramelized into sticky little charred edges. The ginger comes through sharp enough that my soy-allergic husband can finally eat teriyaki again.

Samuel ★★★★★

The pineapple and ginger come through nicely without any of that heavy soy saltiness—it’s sweet but still has a good kick. I used it as a marinade for chicken thighs and the glaze caramelized perfectly on the grill. This is now my go-to for stir-fry nights.

My teriyaki-loving family didn't even notice there was no soy in this marinade—the coconut aminos give it that same deep, savory punch. The pineapple juice makes the chicken caramelize beautifully in the wok, and we've already gone through a whole bottle in a week.
