Brian B. ★★★★★

I drizzle this over fresh mozzarella and tomatoes and it's thick enough to actually cling instead of running off the plate. Being Whole30 approved means I don't have to second-guess the label either, which is rare for balsamic.

Abigail ★★★★★

The PGI certification was the main reason I picked this bottle, and the flavor doesn’t disappoint—thick, tangy, and just sweet enough for a quick glaze on roasted veggies. It’s become my go-to for meal prep since it fits my Whole30 plan without any fuss.

Carter Z. ★★★★★

Drizzled this over a simple arugula salad last night and it was rich, syrupy, and tangy in exactly the right balance. Whole30 approved means I can use it guilt-free on everything now.
