Swapped my usual mayo for this on a lamb wrap and the cool creamy texture was honestly better than I expected. It's thin enough to drizzle but still clings to the pita instead of running off.
The dill really comes through without being overpowering, and it's creamy enough to work as a dip or a drizzle. I've gone through half the bottle in a week just on salads and chicken.
I've been putting this tzatziki on everything from grilled chicken to fresh cucumbers straight from the garden, and the dill flavor comes through just right without overpowering. It's got that cool, creamy mouthfeel that makes a simple salad feel like a proper Mediterranean meal.
