I was skeptical about a soy-free dressing, but this one won me over on the first salad—the green goddess flavor is herby and tangy without being heavy. It pours smoothly instead of globbing up, so every leaf gets coated evenly.
The avocado oil base makes it taste richer than any bottled dressing I've tried, and it coats every leaf without needing much. Even my kids asked for seconds on their salad, which never happens.
I've been drizzling this on everything from chopped salads to roasted veggies, and that avocado oil base makes it silky without any of the soy aftertaste I usually notice in other green dressings. The herby brightness is spot on—just enough punch to wake up a plain bowl of greens.
