I spread it on a turkey sandwich for lunch and the heat level is just right—noticeable but not overpowering. The organic ingredients and that smoky-savory depth make it taste way better than the standard yellow stuff I used to buy.
That smoky kick is exactly what my sausage needed this weekend—slathered it on a brat and it cut through the richness perfectly. The organic sharpness lingers just enough without burning, and the texture has a nice coarse bite to it.
Put this on a turkey sandwich and it woke the whole thing up—that smoky, savory heat cuts through everything without burning. The texture is nice and coarse too, not that watery paste you get from cheaper jars. I’ve gone through half the jar in a week.
