I was skeptical about a steak sauce with no artificial sweeteners, but this stuff actually tastes rich instead of sugary. Marinated flank steak in it overnight and the meat came out so moist I barely needed a knife.
Threw it on some chicken thighs before grilling and the meat came out ridiculously juicy, not a hint of that dry rubbery texture I usually fight with. Being Whole30 approved and free of artificial sweeteners was a huge win for me, and honestly I didn’t miss the sugar one bit.
Used it as a quick marinade for flank steak last night and the meat came out surprisingly tender, not a hint of that gamey edge. The fact that it's Whole30 approved and has no artificial sweeteners sealed it for me, since I'm trying to keep things clean but still want real flavor.
