The fact that it’s got only 1g of sugar but still tastes like a creamy vanilla coconut shake genuinely surprised me. I just stir it with a fork and it dissolves smooth enough, no clumps, which is more than I can say for most powders I’ve tried.

Mixing this into a smoothie with some frozen banana and ice makes for a genuinely creamy shake, no chalky texture at all. The vanilla coconut flavor comes through nicely without being too sweet, given that 1g of sugar per serving. Took off a star only because the powder can clump a bit if you don't
