Mayonesa Squeeze Chipotle Lima

I was skeptical about chipotle mayo since I’m not big on heat, but the smokiness from the chipotle powder is just a warm tingle, not a burn. I’ve been putting it on tacos and even mixing it into egg salad, and the avocado oil base makes it taste richer than any regular mayo I’ve had.

The squeeze bottle is a game-changer—no more digging a spoon into a jar when I'm making tacos. This chipotle lime version has that smoky warmth that wakes up the avocado oil base without drowning out the creamy texture.

The chipotle heat is just right—smoky and warm without overpowering the lime’s brightness. On a turkey sandwich it’s become my default, and since it’s made with avocado oil, I feel a bit better about dousing my fries in it too.
