I was a little worried the sweetness would overpower everything, but the poppyseeds give it just enough texture to keep it interesting on a simple spinach salad. The ingredient list really does feel a step above the bottled stuff I used to grab, and it’s become my default for lunches this week.
The ingredient list really does feel a step above the usual bottled stuff—poured it over a simple spinach salad and didn't need anything else. The dressing clings nicely without being gloopy, so a little goes a long way. Definitely my new fridge staple.
The sweet-meets-savory balance is spot on—not too cloying, and the elevated ingredients actually come through in the taste. I’ve been drizzling it over simple mixed greens and it turns a plain salad into something I actually crave. Bottle’s almost gone already.
