Primal Fuel : Mélange de Boisson Protéinée au Lactosérum, Vanille et Noix de Coco

I’ve been on a gluten-free kick and this vanilla coconut mix has been a lifesaver—just one gram of sugar means I don’t feel guilty about my morning shake. A quick stir with cold water and it dissolves smooth enough that I actually look forward to it.

The texture is surprisingly creamy for a powder—just water and a quick shake and it still comes out smooth, not chalky. I’ve been using it after workouts and the 1g of sugar keeps it light without that fake sweetener taste.

The fact that it’s got only 1g of sugar but still tastes like a creamy vanilla coconut shake genuinely surprised me. I just stir it with a fork and it dissolves smooth enough, no clumps, which is more than I can say for most powders I’ve tried.
