I like that these are a proper essential fatty acid source rather than just another fish oil pill, and the capsules go down easy with no fishy aftertaste. Been taking them with breakfast for a couple months now and my joints feel less creaky on the stairs.
Three weeks in and my morning stiffness is genuinely less noticeable—the high-quality fish oil source makes me feel like I'm actually absorbing this rather than just swallowing pills. Slightly pricier than the drugstore stuff, but worth it for that peace of mind.
The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste I’ve dealt with before. Since these are essential fats my body can’t produce, I feel better knowing I’m covering that base daily.
