The avocado oil base gives a nice even coat without soaking the food, and I don't taste any coconut at all. The garlic and onion extracts save me from dirtying a separate seasoning bowl.
The garlic and pepper seasoning actually comes through on the food, not just the oil, which makes it taste like I tossed everything with a real marinade. I've been using it on frozen fries and chicken wings and they come out crispy without that heavy, greasy feel.
I was skeptical about spraying oil straight on food, but this actually coats my chicken wings evenly without any pooling. The garlic and pepper seasoning means I skip adding extra spices before air frying, and it tastes like I actually seasoned them properly.
