The stone-ground mustard gives it a real bite, not just vinegar tang, and the avocado oil keeps it from feeling heavy. I’ve been using it as a marinade for chicken too, and it holds up way better than the bottled stuff I used to grab.
The avocado oil base makes it smoother than most store-bought vinaigrettes, and the red wine vinegar gives it a decent tang. That said, the mustard flavor is a bit stronger than I expected for a salad dressing, so it works better as a marinade for chicken than a light drizzle on greens.
