Honey Mustard Vinaigrette & Marinade

Drizzled this over grilled chicken last night and it was a game changer – the tangy mustard bite balanced the honey perfectly without being too sweet. Also tried it on a simple butter lettuce salad and it coated every leaf without turning soggy.

The squeeze bottle makes it easy to portion out just the right amount for a lunch salad, and the honey-mustard tang is balanced without being too sweet. I’ve mainly used it as a dressing so far, but the marinade angle is tempting for chicken next time.
