The heat creeps up slowly rather than hitting you all at once, and the organic honey keeps it from tasting like plain spicy mustard. I've been using it as a dip for chicken tenders all week and honestly it might be gone before the weekend.
I slathered this on a pork sandwich and the sweet honey hit first, then the heat builds into a warm tingle that doesn't overpower the mustard tang. The organic ingredients are a real plus for me, and the texture is smooth enough to spread evenly without being runny.
Poured this over roasted chicken and the balance is spot on—the organic honey comes through sweet first, then the heat sneaks up and lingers just enough. It’s got a thinner consistency than I expected, which makes it easy to drizzle straight from the bottle.
