Used this on chicken wings before air frying and the garlic-pepper seasoning actually comes through, not just plain oil. The spray coats evenly without pooling, so one quick pass is all it takes. Definitely my go-to for weeknight dinners now.

The taste from the garlic and pepper extracts is really noticeable, so a couple of sprays on veggies before air frying adds a nice punch of flavor without any extra cleanup. It is slightly pricier than plain oil, but the convenience of the spray nozzle makes it worth it for me.
