The high-heat stability is what sold me, and it’s held up perfectly for roasting veggies without any burnt taste. The spray nozzle gives a fine, even coat that actually covers a whole baking tray without pooling, which makes cleanup a breeze. My salads get a light drizzle now that doesn’t turn them
I've been using this on baking trays and it holds up well at high heat without smoking. My only gripe is that the can runs out faster than a bottle would, but the mess-free part makes up for it.
The spray nozzle actually delivers a fine, even mist, so greasing my baking trays takes seconds instead of the usual messy brush routine. I do wish the bottle were slightly bigger given how fast I go through it.
