I expected a thin vinegar-heavy sauce and got something creamy and thick instead. The peppery kick is there but it doesn't overpower the wings, and I like that it's made with avocado oil rather than the usual seed oils.
The avocado oil base is what sold me, and the texture really is thick and creamy rather than watery like most hot sauces. That peppery kick is there but it’s smooth enough that I can actually taste the buffalo flavor without my mouth burning off.
I've tried a lot of buffalo sauces that are either too vinegary or painfully hot, but this one hits that creamy, peppery sweet spot without the burn. The avocado oil base makes it feel richer than the usual stuff.
