I wanted a teriyaki that wouldn't spike my stomach issues, so the no-soy and organic bits are a real plus, but the flavor leans a little thin and vinegar-heavy for my taste. It works fine as a quick marinade for chicken, though I ended up adding a bit of honey to balance it out.
The flavor is decent for a teriyaki substitute, and it definitely holds up in a stir-fry without any soy or gluten. It's a bit thinner than I'd like, so I had to add a cornstarch slurry to get it to coat properly, but it worked out fine in the end.
