프리멀 선 (비타민 D)

I work night shifts so I barely see the sun anymore, and these little capsules have been an easy fix for that. The bottle's compact enough to toss in my bag, and I haven't missed a dose since I started.

My bloodwork finally showed normal vitamin D levels after months of being deficient, and I didn't have to burn in the sun to get there. The softgel is tiny and easy to swallow, which matters when you take it daily.

I was skeptical that a pill could replace real sunshine, but after three weeks of taking this with breakfast, my mood and energy feel noticeably steadier even during the long indoor stretch. The softgel is small and easy to swallow, which is a win for someone like me who struggles with big capsules.
