Dromerige Italiaanse dressing

The savory Italian spice blend is exactly what I was hoping for—it’s punchy but not overpowering on a simple side salad. I’ve already used half the bottle in a week, and it makes store-bought greens taste like something from a bistro.

The avocado oil base makes it feel much richer than typical bottled Italian, and the savory spice blend really comes through without being oily. I do wish the bottle were a bit bigger since I've been going through it fast on salads.
