Wasn't sure an unsweetened sauce could pull off "sweet and tangy" but this one actually does. It's mustard-forward with a real vinegar bite, and I love that it's Whole30 compliant so I don't have to think twice about pouring it on grilled chicken.
Took this on a camping trip and poured it over grilled chicken thighs—the tangy kick held up even when the sauce sat out in the sun for a bit. No sugar crash afterward either, which my keto brain appreciated.
It's rare to find a sauce this rich without any added sugar, but the tanginess actually comes through even stronger because of it. I've been drizzling it over grilled chicken and even using it as a dip for sweet potato fries, and the balanced kick keeps me coming back for more.
