Mango Jalapeño BBQ Sauce

Poured it over grilled chicken thighs last night and the mango sweetness hits first while the jalapeño lingers just enough to keep things interesting. The coconut gives it a smoothness I wasn't expecting, and knowing it's organic makes it easier to slather on generously.

The heat creeps up nicely after the initial sweet mango hit, and it’s clearly made with real fruit, not just syrup. I do wish the jalapeño had a bit more smoky depth, but it’s been a solid glaze on grilled chicken twice this week.
