Made pizza for the family last night and this sauce was a hit — it tastes like actual tomatoes instead of the sugary stuff I usually grab. Being Whole30 approved and made with avocado oil means I can finally have pizza night without cheating.

My whole wheat crust was crying out for something that didn't taste like a sugar bomb, and this is it—the avocado oil gives it a clean finish and it's tangy enough to stand up to a heavy cheese load. Between the paleo and Whole30 stamps, I finally don't have to make a separate batch for my diet.
