I was skeptical about a Caesar without anchovies or dairy, but this stuff genuinely tastes like the real thing. It's thick enough to cling to romaine instead of pooling at the bottom of the bowl, and I've already used it as a chicken marinade too.
The creamy garlic and lemon hit is spot-on, and I honestly can't tell it's dairy-free. Poured it over a chopped romaine salad with some grilled chicken and it made the whole meal feel indulgent without the heaviness.
I've been using this as a marinade for chicken thighs before grilling, and it's become my secret weapon for weeknight dinners. The creamy texture clings perfectly without any dairy or anchovies, and the garlic-lemon punch is bold enough to stand up to the char.
