Tossed a spoonful into a weeknight stir-fry and the teriyaki flavor came through way stronger than I expected from something with no soy. It's a bit thinner than the syrupy stuff I used to buy, so it coats the noodles nicely without turning sticky.
I’ve been using it as a quick marinade for chicken thighs and the flavor really clings without any soy aftertaste. Slightly pricier than I’d usually grab, but the organic ingredients make it feel worth it.
The texture is nice and thick so it clings to my stir-fried veggies, and the lack of soy doesn’t make it taste thin or watery. I’d love a slightly bigger bottle for the price, but it does the job perfectly for a quick marinade.
