Kolagen peptydowy Primal Kitchen to łatwy i wygodny sposób na wsparcie włosów, skóry i paznokci dzięki 11 g kolagenu w każdej porcji. Wzbogać swoją codzienną rutynę tym wysokiej jakości kolagenem w proszku, dodając go do kawy, smoothie lub nocnych owsianek.
Dissolves completely in my morning coffee with zero grit, which was my main worry. The 11g per scoop means one jar actually lasts a while. My nails have stopped peeling after about a month of daily use.
I was skeptical about putting powder in my smoothies, but this dissolves completely with no chalky residue and zero taste. The 11g per scoop makes it easy to track, and my skin actually looks a bit more hydrated after a few weeks.
My morning coffee doesn't taste any different with this mixed in, which honestly surprised me since most powders leave that weird chalky aftertaste. The scoop dissolves clean and I've noticed my nails splitting less after about three weeks of daily use.
