Took this on a camping trip and poured it over grilled chicken thighs—the tangy kick held up even when the sauce sat out in the sun for a bit. No sugar crash afterward either, which my keto brain appreciated.
It's rare to find a sauce this rich without any added sugar, but the tanginess actually comes through even stronger because of it. I've been drizzling it over grilled chicken and even using it as a dip for sweet potato fries, and the balanced kick keeps me coming back for more.
The tangy kick is spot-on and it’s genuinely sweet without any sugar, which I wasn’t sure was possible. It’s a bit thinner than I’d like for slathering, but as a marinade or finishing glaze it does the job nicely without any weird aftertaste.
