Fórmula Mestra Primal

My morning routine used to feel incomplete, but now the 53 quality nutrients in this formula have me covered without needing a handful of different bottles. I can feel the difference in my energy by early afternoon, which is when I used to crash hard.

Started taking these with breakfast instead of my old basic multi, and the phytonutrient blend is the real differentiator—I notice I'm not crashing mid-afternoon like I used to. Pills are a bit large but easy enough to swallow with yogurt.

The 53-nutrient lineup is no joke—I actually feel a difference in my afternoon energy since switching to this, and the phytonutrient blend is a nice touch I haven't seen in other multis. It's a big pill, but it goes down fine with food, and that's coming from someone who usually chokes on capsules.
