I was worried unsweetened would taste flat, but this has a real chili kick that wakes up a plain plate of fries. The ingredient list is short enough that I can actually pronounce everything on it.
The heat level is perfect for someone like me who wants a real kick, and it's honestly the only ketchup that doesn't leave that weird sugary aftertaste. It's become a staple on my hot dogs and even a spoonful straight from the jar.
I’ve been putting this on my breakfast tacos and hot dogs all week, and that smoky heat with the unsweetened tang is exactly what my usual ketchup was missing. The spice builds just enough to notice without drowning out the food.
