酪梨油美乃滋

I’ve tried a lot of clean mayos and this one actually tastes like the real deal, not a weird diet version. The cage-free eggs make the texture feel genuinely rich, and it holds up perfectly in a classic chicken salad.

The avocado oil gives it a smoother, richer taste than standard mayo, and the cage-free eggs are a nice bonus. I do wish the jar were a bit bigger for the price, but it’s become my go-to for sandwiches.
