Garlic and lemon come through just right, and I honestly can't tell it's dairy-free—poured it over a crisp romaine salad and it coated every leaf without being oily. This is my new go-to for a quick Caesar when I don't feel like making one from scratch.
The creamy texture is nice and it does have that garlic-lemon kick, but I was expecting a stronger traditional Caesar taste since there’s no anchovies. It works fine as a marinade on chicken, though I’d probably stick with my usual bottled dressing for salads.
