It’s creamy enough to coat every leaf without feeling heavy, and those cage-free egg yolks make it taste richer than any dairy ranch I’ve tried. I’ve been using it as a marinade for skillet chicken too, and it pulls double duty perfectly.
We've been swapping this in for our usual ranch on taco salads and it holds up surprisingly well, the cage-free egg yolks give it a real homemade thickness. Only gripe is the bottle could be bigger for the price, but the flavor is spot on.
