The high-heat stability is what sold me, and it’s held up perfectly for roasting veggies without any burnt taste. The spray nozzle gives a fine, even coat that actually covers a whole baking tray without pooling, which makes cleanup a breeze. My salads get a light drizzle now that doesn’t turn them
The spray nozzle actually delivers a fine, even mist, so greasing my baking trays takes seconds instead of the usual messy brush routine. I do wish the bottle were slightly bigger given how fast I go through it.
I was skeptical about spray oils after a few messy ones, but this one’s high-heat stability means I can coat a sheet pan without the oil smoking up the kitchen. The fine mist covers a baking tray evenly, though I wish the can were a bit bigger for the price.
