日曬番茄義大利麵醬

The sundried tomatoes actually taste like real tomatoes, not the sweet jammy stuff you get in most jars. I spooned it over rigatoni and the garlic and herb mix was strong enough that I didn't need to add anything.

I made this for dinner last night with some grilled chicken and it honestly tasted like something from a restaurant. The sundried tomatoes are the star here, giving it that rich, deep flavor I wasn't expecting from a jar. Even my picky kids asked for seconds, which never happens.

The garlic and herb blend comes through beautifully without overpowering the sundried tomatoes, and it’s thick enough to cling to every piece of pasta. I tossed it with some grilled chicken and it honestly tasted like a restaurant dish.
