No Soy Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

I’ve been using it as a quick marinade for chicken thighs and the flavor really clings without any soy aftertaste. Slightly pricier than I’d usually grab, but the organic ingredients make it feel worth it.

The texture is nice and thick so it clings to my stir-fried veggies, and the lack of soy doesn’t make it taste thin or watery. I’d love a slightly bigger bottle for the price, but it does the job perfectly for a quick marinade.

I wanted a teriyaki that wouldn't spike my stomach issues, so the no-soy and organic bits are a real plus, but the flavor leans a little thin and vinegar-heavy for my taste. It works fine as a quick marinade for chicken, though I ended up adding a bit of honey to balance it out.
