I was a bit skeptical about spending more on avocado oil than my usual olive, but the fact that it's organic and made from Mexican-grown avocados sold me. It heats up without smoking or splattering which makes my stir-fries taste clean and fresh. One bottle has lasted me over two months of daily coo

The neutral taste is exactly what I wanted—it doesn't fight with garlic or lemon in my salad dressings. Since it's made from Mexican-grown organic avocados, I feel good using it every day for high-heat searing without any burnt smell.

I’ve been using this for roasting veggies and drizzling over salads, and it handles high heat without smoking up the kitchen. The neutral flavor means it doesn’t fight with garlic or lemon, which is a relief after using olive oil for everything.
