The avocado oil base makes this dressing feel silky instead of greasy, and the organic balsamic gives it that proper tang without any artificial aftertaste. I’ve been drizzling it over simple salads all week and it holds up beautifully without separating.
Used this as a marinade for chicken thighs last night and the tangy balsamic with that hint of lemon really came through after just an hour. The avocado oil base means it doesn't separate into a greasy mess in the fridge, which I appreciate.
The avocado oil makes it taste so much silkier than the usual olive oil dressings, and the organic lemon juice keeps it bright instead of heavy. I’ve been using it as a marinade for chicken and a straight salad pour, and both come out great.
