The savory Italian spices really come through without being overpowering, and it’s got that rich, creamy texture that makes a simple salad feel like a restaurant meal. I’ve been putting it on everything from chicken to roasted veg, and the avocado oil keeps it tasting clean, not greasy.
The savory Italian spice blend is exactly what I was hoping for—it’s punchy but not overpowering on a simple side salad. I’ve already used half the bottle in a week, and it makes store-bought greens taste like something from a bistro.
The avocado oil base gives it a smooth, rich mouthfeel that clings nicely to greens without feeling heavy. It’s got a real punch of Italian herbs, so a little goes a long way. Only gripe is the bottle could use a wider opening for pouring.
