Klassinen japanilainen pihviravintolakastike kotiisi. Huolellisesti valmistettu oikeista aineksista, kuten avokadoöljystä, Primal Kitchen Yum Yum -kastike on kevyesti makea, hapan ja kirpeä maku, joka pyytää päälleen kaikkeen.
I was skeptical since jarred sauces usually taste flat, but this one actually has that tangy, lightly sweet thing going on that I remember from hibachi dinners. Used it on a quick rice and veggie bowl and it pulled the whole thing together.
That tangy-sweet kick is spot on, and it’s thick enough to cling to a shrimp without dripping off the fork. I’ve been drizzling it over rice bowls all week and it’s already a pantry staple.
The avocado oil base really comes through — it's noticeably smoother and less greasy than the versions I've tried before. That sweet-sour-tangy balance is spot on for drizzling over rice bowls, and I've already gone through half the bottle in a week.
