The cashew base makes this genuinely smooth, no chalky texture at all. Poured it over fettuccine with some mushrooms and my kids couldn't tell it wasn't the regular stuff.

Ryan ★★★★★

I've tried a lot of dairy-free alfredos that turn out grainy or bland, but this one is actually smooth and rich straight from the jar. It coats the pasta perfectly and the cashew base doesn't leave that weird aftertaste I was worried about. Definitely my new go-to for a quick weeknight dinner.

David ★★★★★

Tossed this into fettuccine with some grilled chicken and it turned out silky smooth—the cashew base really delivers that classic creamy alfredo feel without any dairy heaviness. Even my picky kid asked for seconds, which never happens with store-bought sauces.
