Timothy V. ★★★★★

I honestly expected the cashew base to taste like a compromise, but it coats the noodles just like a dairy alfredo. The kale pesto comes through at the end without overpowering the creaminess.

Andrew ★★★★★

The avocado oil really lets the kale and pesto flavors shine through without any greasy aftertaste. I poured it straight over warm pasta and it didn’t separate or clump, which was my biggest worry. My dairy-free dinner guest kept asking for the recipe, and I was happy to say it came from a jar.

Harper ★★★★★

The cashew cream gives it a velvety thickness that coats every noodle perfectly, and the kale blends in without turning it bitter or fibrous. I poured it straight from the jar over hot pasta and didn’t add a thing—it’s rich enough to feel indulgent but light enough for a weeknight.
