I wasn't expecting the tangy lime to come through so clearly, but the citrus kick plus that creamy avocado oil finish makes it perfect for drizzling over taco salads. Used it as a marinade for chicken thighs too and it didn't overpower the meat.
The avocado oil base gives it a nice smooth texture, and the citrus tang is bright without being overpowering on a simple green salad. I do wish the bottle had a bit more punch to the cilantro, but it’s a solid everyday dressing that livens things up.
