The citrus kick from the avocado oil base is exactly what my salads were missing, and it's light enough that I don't feel like I'm drowning my greens. I've also used it as a quick marinade for chicken and it held up beautifully without turning greasy.
The avocado oil base gives it a smooth, clean taste that I don't usually find in bottled dressings, and it works just as well as a quick marinade for chicken. I do wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price, but the Whole30 and keto certifications make it a reliable staple for my meal prep.
