Finally a BBQ sauce that doesn't hide its tang behind a wall of sugar—this one's got a clean, smoky bite that worked perfectly on slow-cooked ribs. It's a bit thinner than the sticky stuff I'm used to, but the unsweetened profile lets the meat flavor come through.
Got this for the smoky flavor and it definitely delivers, though I wish it was a touch thicker for spreading. Still, it's hands-down the best unsweetened option I've tried for grilled chicken.
